Job Description:\ When homes or buildings catch fire, flood, grow mold we are the people who get called in to fix it. We clean, demolish, repair, set up advanced equipment, and use tools to bring things back to safe and sanitary conditions. This job typically requires being able to work with your hands, use tools, use an Ipad to enter in data and job updates.\ \ This job has lots of opportunities to make extra money and advance. It requires no experience we will give you all the training you need.\ All you need to do is have a valid driver\'s license, be able to work with your hands, and have good customer service skills.\ \ Advancement is clearly laid out You start at Production 1 and go up to 4 before being promoted to Crew Chief 1 through 4.\ In order to advance, you must complete training modules on a computer and spend a specific amount of time at the company. For example, after 3 months and completing training modules 1-4 brings you from Production Technician 1 to 2.\ \ Production Technician 1 Production Technician 2 Production Technician 3 Production Technician 4\ \$15.50 \$16.50 \$17.50 \$18.50\ \ Key Responsibilities

• Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Communicate with the customer and ensure a good client experience
• Be organized, have a good pace of work and, always keep the job site clean and safe
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
• Communicate with supervisor and office staff on project progress and issue

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents

Compensation: \$15.50 - \$20.00 per hour
