Duties : Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Perform hands on analysis, solution design, configuration and development activities using Pega. Perform troubleshooting/debugging, issue triaging, and defect fixes for the Application. Support Production Readiness processes to ensure the team is ready to support features deployed to production. Coordinate application maintenance activities, such as OS upgrade or Disaster Recovery exercise. Serve on a 24x7 production support team on rotation. Analyze and resolve application issues in production. Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment techniques to automate the build & deploy process over time. Institute Pega features that automates approval of changes. Apply feature to legacy rules. Provide input to technical design process model, monitoring and reporting components, task and service implementations, work management, process start and control, event handling, integration components, work assignment, user access and security components, and versioning approach. Participate in solution deployment and WebSphere/Tomcat administration in support of releases and buildout of new infrastructure. Participate in agile scrum meetings with technology teams. Provide technical leadership to the engineering teams. Work on CICD tools. Position allows for partial remote work (2-3 times in the office). Must live within reasonable commuting distance. Reports to company office in Westlake, TX.

Starting compensation for this location depends on related experience. Annual bonus opportunity and other eligible earnings are not included in the range(s) above. We offer a competitive benefits package, see below for details.

Salary: $133,265 to $160,800 per year

What you have

Job Requirements : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field and 4 years of experience in a related occupation.

Experience must include the following: Pega PRPC administration, configuration, optimization, issue troubleshooting and resolution; Scrum and Agile methodology; Bamboo, SALTSTACK, Harness, and GitHub; Linux administration and troubleshooting; and Tomcat administration, configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
