Duties: Design and Develop programs to automate operations and tests. Design and Develop programs to automate API services using Rest Assured libraries and Object-Oriented Programming language. Design and Develop programs to automate UI pages using selenium and other open-source technology and Object-Oriented Programming language. Build/Enhance automation framework to increase reuse and reduce effort. Test Automation Execution & Reporting Task. Recommending meaningful and automated dynamic reports and metrics that measure the success of automation efficiency and quality and providing action items for continuous improvements. Performing proof of concepts to continuously evaluate software test automation tools to be implemented and other tooling standards to keep the system smart and updated. Support DevOps, Releases and Test Pipeline. Driving continuous integration and deployment strategies with a Devops philosophy using Atlassian stack. Maintain & Enhance the Test Automation Framework and Continuous Production Support. Define Quality Engineering Road Map and Best Practices/Processes. Position allows for 100% remote work. Must live within reasonable commuting distance. Reports to company office in Westlake, TX.

Salary: $153,827.00 - $214,700.00

What you have

Job Requirments: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 6 years of experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Requires 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience, which include some experience in each of the following skills: Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Angular; Software Development: Web Application Automation, Web Services and Microservices Automation, Selenium WebDriver, Rest Assured, Postman, Swagger, Cucumber, JMeter, Parasoft SOA Test, Sauce Labs; API Performance Testing and Security Testing JMeter, Veracode; Relational Database: SQL Server, Oracle; Transactional Database: NoSQL (MongoDB); OO Architecture, Design patterns and principles (SOLID); and Software Operations and CI/CD: Azure DevOps, HP ALM, Jira, Jenkins, TFS. Bitbucket, Jira, Bamboo, SonarQube, Splunk, Veracode.
