Ecolab Inc Associate Marketing Manager - International Innovation and Digital in St. Paul, Minnesota

Ecolab is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to lead Innovation and Digital for its Global Institutional business.The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with regional marketing teams to launch innovation and digital initiatives. This candidate will also be responsible for leading the Global Center of Excellence and managing the Global Institutional portfolio. Within this role, you will support go-to-market strategies and innovation initiatives. Additionally, you will contribute to profitable sales growth of global regions by supporting the creation and implementation of strategies and plans that differentiate Ecolab from its competitors. What You Will Do: Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and regional marketing partners to assist in the development and launch of global innovation. Lead Global Center of Excellence and assist regional teams in best practices for sales collateral, portfolio management, and segment growth opportunities. Support global execution of the programs and tactics established as part of portfolio management. Activities directly related to managing and mapping the performance of the existing product portfolio, product rationalization, raw material strategies, productivity enhancements, and supply chain assurance. Support regions to drive digital initiatives forward (Connect, Ecolab 3D, Mobile Sales & Service) Leverage cross-functional groups to couple knowledge of customer needs with existing and future technology capabilities. Identify strategies that will fuel growth and profitability for regional marketing teams. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 5 years of professional experiencein a business-to-business environment Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position Preferred Qualifications: MBA, preferably in Marketing International Marketing experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work well in a group as a solid team player Ability to build and maintain relationships and coordinate projects across different functional groups regionally.
