Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Facility Managers, Coordinators, and Admin personnel.

• Act as the primary point of contact for client relations and escalations, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.

• Represent CBRE with professionalism and strive for excellence in all endeavors.

• Own the commercial aspects of contracts, focusing on cost savings and exceeding client expectations.

• Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to achieve account objectives and initiatives.

• Drive operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.

• Manage financial aspects such as P&L, budgeting, and vendor payments.

• Oversee staff management, recruitment, and training.

• Provide technical expertise in facility management and asset lifecycle management.

• Ensure vendor compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Work collaboratively with legal and procurement teams to optimize contracts and third-party costs.

• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years' experience in Facility Management.

• Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize effectively.

• Technical and hard services knowledge required.

• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and proactive approach.

• Comfortable working independently and within a team.

• Confidence and assertiveness in decision-making when necessary.
