Program Manager IV BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager IV for a Seattle WA- Onsite opportunity. Responsibility: Structure and maintain Team wiki, shareserver Draft team documentation templates and formats Provide team operation strategy. Support daily logistics. Help polishing drawing for better presentation and documentation. Budget planning and tracking OKR planning and tracking, reporting. Required skills: 7+ years' experience Experienced on documentation tools such as microsoft office, google doc, slide, and experience design document templates. Good writing/verbal communication skills Faster self-learner Experience with wiki, task management tool editing. Web design experience, be able to making script / code changes Photoshop and drawing tool (microsoft Visio, Lucid chart) experience. Nice to have database experience. Skill at data visualization Experience in budget planning, tracking and analysis. Experience on operational strategy management. Top 3 must-have HARD skills: Experience in budget planning, tracking and analysis. Experience on operational strategy management.
