Robert Half Associate Customer Care Coordinator in Salem, Oregon

Description We are offering a position in the telecom industry located in Salem, Oregon. The role is a Bilingual English/Spanish customer service representative position that will be fully remote after the training period.

Responsibilities:

• Researching, responding to, and resolving inquiries from members, providers, employer groups, and other internal and external stakeholders • Advocating for customers and explaining benefits in a detailed manner to ensure understanding • Utilizing critical thinking skills to problem solve when the root cause of an issue is not apparent • Working in a multi-channel contact center environment, communicating through phone, in person, and over email • Facilitating the resolution of members' or providers' issues in a timely, efficient, and detail oriented manner • Documenting all calls in accordance with company standards and aiming for first call resolution • Demonstrating data entry skills and PC processing skills in a Windows-based environment • Exhibiting strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills • Providing and receiving feedback to improve personal performance and team effectiveness • Multitasking, with the ability to talk and type simultaneously Requirements • Proven experience in a Customer Service Representative role or similar

• Proficiency in Data Entry

• Understanding of company policies and ability to explain them to customers

• Research skills to solve customer inquiries and issues

• Excellent phone presence with a clear and detail oriented manner of speaking

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions

• Proficiency in English Language, both written and verbal

• Experience in process Optimization

• Familiarity with HealthCare.gov and its functionalities

• Strong Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with customers

• Basic knowledge of R Code

• Proficiency in using PC OS

• Ability to conduct oneself in a detail oriented Manner at all times

• Critical Thinking skills to solve complex customer issues

• Ability to interact with customers in a Courteous Manner

• Experience in a Contact Center environment

• Familiarity with Multi-Channel customer service platforms

• Experience in providing Direct Patient Care.
