• Demonstrate an intense curiosity to understand how complex systems work. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES The person in this role will report to the team lead and will perform activities consistent with the position of a Software Developer which will include, but are not limited to:
• Build and maintain applications across various devices---from working on back-end data collection and app architecture to implementing UI.
• Develop feature enhancements and fix web applications for client-side technologies.
• Apply industry best practices to the software development life cycle (SDLC) employing methodologies such as Agile/Scrum and DevOps concepts.
• Identify and resolve complex database-related issues in a team-based environment.
• Conduct code/configuration reviews ensuring high quality well documented solutions.
• Support and enhance production systems, performing root cause analysis.
• Additional responsibilities as they relate to the position and needs of the department.
