Description

A highly successful NYC Venture Capital firm is currently searching for a Senior Fund Accountant to join their team.

Responsibilities of this position will include:

• Reviewing annual fund audits and quarterly financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP

• Assisting with tax reporting requirements

• Collaborating with other teams to meet all regulatory reporting requirements

• Enhancing process and controls for reconciliation and reporting

• Handling ad-hoc requests as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting

• 3+ years of Public Accounting experience (hedge fund clients)

• CPA strongly preferred
