Description

As a Property Management Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and scheduling property viewings, ensuring timely and efficient coordination of tours for prospective tenants.

• Conducting property tours, providing detailed information about the features and amenities of each property.

• Interviewing prospective tenants to assess suitability and compatibility with property requirements.

• Addressing and resolving residents' inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Processing rental applications, conducting credit checks, and negotiating lease agreements in accordance with company policies.

• Conducting regular property inspections to assess and maintain the condition of properties.

• Coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring timely repairs and upkeep of properties.

• Managing budgets, accounts, rent collections, and issuing tenant notices as required.

• Developing and distributing marketing materials to attract new tenants and promote available properties.

• Maintaining organized and updated resident files and records to ensure compliance with regulations.

• Reporting any problems or issues promptly to the property manager for resolution.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management or real estate administration preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management software.

• Knowledge of local rental regulations and fair housing laws.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
