Job Summary Beacon Hill's client is looking for an Indirect Sourcing Specialist who will be responsible for managing category service value within budgetary constraints while ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations. This role involves maintaining vendor relationships, overseeing program details, analyzing data metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support assigned programs effectively. This is a hybrid direct-hire role based out of Mendota Heights, MN. Essential Functions

1. Monitor category performance metrics and provide guidance to meet fleet, mileage reimbursement, and transportation targets.
2. Conduct ongoing assessments to identify strategic and tactical improvement opportunities by Business Unit.
3. Manage vendor relationships, monitor performance, and identify areas for service enhancement.
4. Assist in vendor sourcing and negotiations, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements and contracts.
5. Conduct cost and pricing analysis related to Fleet/Vehicle service management, measuring project savings and cost avoidance.
6. Maintain vendor portal routing guides, administer internal access, and uphold supplier compliance programs.
7. Provide daily customer service to internal stakeholders, suppliers, vendor representatives, and corporate departments.
8. Code category invoices to appropriate accounts, reconcile with P&L statements, and manage accounts payable.
9. Lead administrative and communication efforts for category change management initiatives and projects.
10. Ensure accurate allocation of discretionary spending to organizational cost centers.
11. Serve as a liaison between Program and Finance staff to facilitate procurement activities and documentation processing.
12. Assist in special projects as required.

Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in category and/or sourcing management, preferably in Fleet Services or Transportation. - Proficiency in oral and written communication. - Proficiency in large data analysis. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
