Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a Director Project Management you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Collaborate with team members within countries, commercial / sales operations, accounting, finance, IT, and others to identify and deploy improvement to key processes.Map end-to-end processes to identify for improvement, create improvement plan, and manage toward this plan.Processes include quarter closing, quarter forecasting, distributor gross-to-net, sales incentives, etc.Use proven techniques such as Lean Sigma, RACIs to identify opportunities and develop durable improvements.Reduce and simplify administrative tasks to enable more team member focus on value-add activities.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higherTen (10) years of project management experienceExperience leading complex finance and/or commercial projectsExperience with Lean Six Sigma tools and techniquesAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:MBA from an accredited institutionAbility to lead project meetings and lead teams to maintain high-quality workExperience measuring project performance using appropriate tools, systems, and techniquesBudgeting and the ability to reduce costs without reducing the quality of the projectLeading and directing diverse teams of employees, leaders, and customers in all aspects of a projectCreating change to achieve project goals and comfort with changeFocusing on results and outcomesWork location: Remote USAPosition type: Temporary position 6-12 months or 899 hoursTravel: May include up to 15% domestic travelRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
