We are seeking an Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of construction projects and providing detailed proposals to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a background in construction management, and expertise in construction estimating.

Job Responsibilities: - Mechanical Estimating Experience. - Mechanical Construction Experience Required. - Determine the amount and type of material needed to estimate the project. - Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam. - Create comprehensive proposals for clients that outline project scope, timeline, and estimated costs. - Stay updated on industry trends and changes in construction costs to ensure accurate estimations.

Requirements - Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry. - Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and techniques. - A basic understanding of mechanical components and systems for commercial projects. - Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and systems. - Extreme attention to detail and accuracy in estimating costs. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

• Ability to work independently, as well as a team.

• Have a background in mechanical construction such as HVAC and Piping.
