Carsome Manager, Process Improvement in Klang, Malaysia
About You
As part of the team, you will take responsibility for one of Malaysia's largest automotive region commercial teams. In this role, you will work directly with the Senior Manager, Process Improvement to achieve Carsome's vision, mission, and strategic goals which play a critical role in the success of the brand. You will also be working closely with counterparts to optimize and implement processes; leading cross-functional initiatives along with regional and local teams to improve the inventory end-to-end process..
Your Day-to-Day
Serve as PMO to drive impactful cross functional projects aligned with business goals:
Conduct process assessments and studies across business units to identify inefficiencies
Identify and initiate high impact process improvement projects
Drive continuous improvement projects to improve operational efficiency
Oversee all B2C operation related processes and efficiency.
Support local teams in designing, improving and implementing process changes/ new processes.
Drive process compliance
Your Know-How
Diploma and or Degree in Sales and Operation Management or similar field
Previous experience as a Sales and Operations or in a similar field.
Excellent knowledge of Sales and Operations processes
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
