We are seeking a talented individual for an Integrated Solutions Operations Lead to serve as the critical link between the Eliza operations teams and business teams, including Product, HED and Analytics, to ensure seamless and high quality implementation and management of Eliza integrated solution products. The ISO Lead will coordinate updates, communications and trainings across internal business units related to the successful implementation and ongoing support of Eliza integrated solutions (aka 2.0 solutions).
The ISO Lead will lead and oversee multiple Integrated Solution client engagements through all aspects of the delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, program design, implementation and project planning.
The ISO Lead will also retain client-focused senior project management responsibilities, as assigned, in order to actively maintain and enhance knowledge and skills related to Integrated Solution implementations, client support and for identifying ongoing Integrated Solution process improvement efforts.
Develop processes and reporting to forecast resource needs, support capacity management, and coordinate release schedules for initial release and product enhancement releases across clients.
Coordinate ongoing process improvement initiatives for integrated solution implementations and operations.
Train all impacted parties, across departments, on new best practice implementation processes; coordinate, communicate, and assist with implementations across clients and internal teams.
Ensure uniformity and scalability are applied as much as possible in data dictionaries, scripting logic and POD requirements of Integrated Solution client accounts or other complex or net-new-functionality projects.
Work with Health Engagement Design, Clinical Analytics, Sales Engineering and Business teams to:
Coordinate annual Integrated Solution release updates and enhancements.
Facilitate version control of all Integrated Solution solutions
Provide input and guidelines on select updates and data mart requirements to meet new annual HEDIS specifications.
Plan, lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings, milestones and deliverables with all levels of client and internal project stakeholders thereby establishing themselves as the technical and business project leader/SME for all program development, implementation, go-live and program performance tasks. Emphasis on problem solving and issue resolution.
Proactively monitor, evaluate and report on program performance and work with internal teams to identify areas for solution enhancement; participate in regular business reviews with key client stakeholders.
Assume full deliverable accountability from the solutions design and documentation through final delivery.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proven ability and aptitude to learn new technologies and tools and work with technical teams of varying abilities.
Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple medium-to-large scale projects with a combined cross-functional team of 3-10 team members as well as client stakeholders
Excellent internal and client-facing communications skills are required
Expertise in program design and documentation of functional/technical specifications
A basic knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall delivery methodologies is useful
Working knowledge of HIPAA, compliance
Partners effectively cross-organizationally
Work Conditions and Physical Demands:

The knowledge typically acquired during the course of attaining a Bachelor’s degree is required. A combination of education and experience may be used in lieu of a degree.
A working knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Waterfall delivery processes is useful
Hands on experience with Jira, Confluence and Salesforce is useful
- PMP Certification is desired, not required
Minimum Related Work Experience:
Seven years of client facing project management experience of which five years’ experience in technology and/or healthcare is preferred
Experience in product operations management, solution design, maintenance and documentation
Extensive experience monitoring and troubleshooting complex technical solutions while managing client’s change requests and inquiries
Experience with web services, data, IVR, SMS or email technology is preferred; knowledge of claims and eligibility data a plus
Salesforce.com experience is preferred
