JPMorgan Chase Aumni - Revenue Operations and Enablement Manager - Vice President in Cottonwood Heights, Utah

Aumni is reinventing legacy portfolio management and investment operations as a streamlined digital experience for fund managers, institutional investors and service providers, empowering our customers with the data they need to make faster, smarter decisions in a rapidly expanding venture capital industry. By joining Aumni as part of the Digital Private Markets business within J.P. Morgan's Corporate & Investment Bank, you will have the opportunity to influence teams across multiple departments throughout the revenue organization to ensure optimal customer experience, go-to-market efficiencies and streamlined operational workflows. You'll act as the ultimate force-multiplier for the revenue teams and leadership.

Job Summary:

As a Director of Revenue Operations & Enablement, you will drive organizational alignment, increasing pipeline acceleration, optimizing the customer journey, and improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the go-to-market organization. Your experience managing complex business challenges and having the ability to influence will drive large cross-functional initiatives forward. Your ability to collaborate and influence across multiple departments without authority will be a crucial aspect of this role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes and strategies to unlock greater possibilities and maximize revenue growth.

  • Closely collaborate with Marketing, Sales & Customer Success leadership to establish operational efficiencies, enablement priorities & development plans.

  • Project management skills with the ability to design solutions, manage timelines, and partner on key decisions and implementation to drive successful revenue team goal attainment and consistently produce strong results despite day-to-day challenges and shifting priorities.

  • Optimize and streamline operations and create collateral, such as presentations, playbooks, and training materials, that will optimize efforts and equip our GTM, sales and CS teams with everything they need to be successful.

  • Lead efforts to implement new software applications and optimize existing platforms in support of the revenue team's strategic objectives.

  • Own the revenue team onboarding program, building a solid foundational experience that will lead to long-term success as Aumni continues to scale, and lead continuous education, coaching & development programs to ensure ongoing revenue team performance.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure that messaging and positioning is consistently deployed across the revenue organization.

  • Analyze data and identify gaps in sales and CS rep productivity, provide actionable enhancement and refinement to workflow processes and scale rep productivity across various stages of the customer lifecycle.

  • Lead the development, maintenance and oversight of reports and dashboards to track KPIs, WBRs, QBRs and revenue performance and work with leadership to evolve and streamline forecasting processes.

  • Create detailed process maps and documentation of current and future internal processes and playbooks, including customer experience mapping.

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that affect customer experience and may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, product, and technical goals.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business or related field.

  • 7+ years experience in a revenue operations, sales operations, sales enablement, or related role at a Saas company.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand and analyze key Saas revenue concepts, trends, and performance indicators of businesses.

  • Proven understanding of marketing, sales and customer success operating models and workflows, including content, tools & training/development.

  • Expert program and project management skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience in instituting, administering and driving adoption of a revenue tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, BI dashboards, Chorus, CS software, Notion, and Google Suite.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and/or communicate complex concepts in an uncomplicated and comprehensible manner across CS, sales and marketing personalities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

  • Proven history of adding value through initiative, creativity and hard work; being a self-starter with the ability to think outside the box with experiencing communicating plans and results to senior leadership.

  • Ability to work autonomously, with strong organizational & time management skills and excellent attention to detail.

  • Results-driven mindset and proactively holding yourself accountable for enabling revenue teams.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • MBA preferred.

  • Hands-on experience creating dashboards and visualizations with business intelligence tools, such as Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

  • Expert-level financial modeling and forecasting skills.

  • Tangible expertise with and experience establishing a LMS platform.

  • Experience working with data from multiple sources.
