Position Summary: The Indirect Dealer Representative manages Telhio's indirect dealer network by building and maintaining effective business relationships, completes due diligence on new and existing dealerships, recommends indirect rates and manages portfolio quality. Additionally, it also produces insightful reporting and collaborates within the Consumer Lending team and with other credit union departments. What you will do: Conducts dealership visits to maintain effective business relationships. Creates all dealer communication including rate sheets, indirect dealer bulletins and guidelines using RouteOne and Dealer Track to distribute to the dealer network. Conducts regular rate surveys for all indirect loan products and makes rate recommendations. Ensures rate updates are completed on internal systems. Partners with dealerships to maintain indirect document packet quality and serve as escalation point for incomplete/inaccurate dealer documents. Monitors indirect loan chargebacks and contacts dealers when needed. Creates and distributes assigned department reports. These reports will vary and may include monthly and quarterly indirect lending reports.
