Job Description:

Position Overview: The IT Compliance Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing the IT compliance program within the organization. This role involves ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information assets. The IT Compliance Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to assess, monitor, and enhance IT compliance practices and mitigate risks effectively.

You’ll make a difference by:

Compliance Assessments and Audits:

· Conduct regular assessments and audits to evaluate compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

· Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate compliance audits and assessments.

· Document findings, recommendations, and corrective actions resulting from compliance assessments and audits.

Risk Management:

· Identify, assess, and prioritize IT compliance risks and vulnerabilities.

· Develop risk mitigation strategies and controls to address identified risks effectively.

· Monitor and report on the status of IT compliance risks and mitigation efforts.

Policy and Procedure Management:

· Develop, review, and update IT compliance policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with regulatory changes and organizational needs.

· Communicate policies and procedures to relevant stakeholders and ensure understanding and adherence.

Your success is grounded in:

· 8yrs – 12yrs of Experience.

· Must be fast learner and should be able to think analytically.

· Good verbal and written Communication skills.

· Demonstrated a good thought process in problem solving.
