DXC Technology Workday Integration Consultant in ANY CITY, Missouri

Job Description:

Workday Integration Consultant

In this role, you will work with clients to understand business requirements and implement Workday Integrations requirements for clients. Successful candidates will provide functional process knowledge and have the ability to translate Workday and client terms so that all participants can contribute to implementation success. You must be prepared to immediately contribute in the fast-paced Workday Integrations Consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define requirements and architect Workday Integrations to meet client needs

  • Perform Impact Analysis for the project requirement

  • Use various development tools and integration products such as Workday Integrations, Studio and Cloud Connect

  • Act as a point of contact for the project / client for delivery of Workday Integrations

  • Advise client on multi-application solutions and technology landscape

  • Leverage prior implementation and integrations experience

  • Produce SDLC technical deliverables to comply with client’s quality process

  • Provide assistance during System Integrations and User Acceptance Testing

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • At least 7/8 years' experience in IT implementations, Development

  • At least 5 years' experience in Human Capital Management (HCM)

  • At least 3-year experience in Workday web service integrations (i.e., SOAP, WSDL, XML)

  • At least 5-year experience in Workday Integrations and Studio

  • At least 3-year experience in Project Lead / Management

  • Workday Certification in Integrations HCM or one of the relevant Workday core competencies

Work Environment:

  • •Candidate must be willing to work from St. Louis, MO if required

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $80,400 - $149,300.

Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
